Inny Clemons
CEO & Executive Producer
Hailing from Chicago, Inny Clemons is a filmmaker known for making dynamic films and TV content. His film A LOT OF NOTHING was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize for Best Narrative Feature at SXSW in 2022 and is currently streaming on Hulu. Clemons’ rise began by producing the 2009 cult classic NEXT DAY AIR. He serves as the Co-Creator, Writer, and Executive Producer of the Netflix/Complex Networks series SNEAKERHEADS. Clemons has collaborated with industry heavyweights Don Cheadle, Dr. Dre, Kevin Hart, and F. Gary Gray, producing films like BLACK STALLIONS and contributing to the Oscar nominated STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON and blockbuster hit THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS.
Clemons is CEO and Executive Producer of Protest Pictures, creating diverse scripted and unscripted content. He’s currently Executive Producer of the docuseries WILL TO WIN: CHASING THE ANDRETTI LEGACY and the scripted series BOUNTY with Don Cheadle for FX. Projects in development include: the Broadway musical I AM, the docuseries GAME RECOGNIZE GAME, and the scripted feature ON THE CLOCK featuring Tyreek Hill. Clemons was previously a Producer at Crucial Films, where he collaborated with Dr. Dre on their groundbreaking scripted series VITAL SIGNS for Apple, for which Clemons was a Co-Executive Producer. He followed that by documenting Dr. Dre’s groundbreaking Super Bowl halftime performance.
